Our refund policy covers the following scenarios for all products. Please note the following guidelines:
- Faulty or Defective Products: If a product is found to be faulty or has a manufacturing defect, or if the wrong product is sent to you, we will promptly replace the product to the best of our capabilities. If the replacement product is not available in stock, a full refund of the amount paid for that product will be initiated.
- Exceptions and Product Descriptions: Any changes or exceptions to this policy will be clearly mentioned in the product description. Unless otherwise specified, all products will adhere to the aforementioned policies.
- Shipping Charges: Regarding the refund of shipping charges incurred while returning the product to us, we will refund the lower of either the amount it cost us to ship the product to you or the amount you have borne.
- Sale or Discounted Items: Products purchased during sale or discount offers are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
- Cancellation Fee: A 2% charge will be applicable if a refund is initiated due to order cancellation within 24 hours.
