Our commitment is to ensure swift dispatch of your order within 48 hours of purchase submission. However, please note that during festival holidays, public holidays, or promotional sale periods, there may be minor delays in dispatch.
Upon successful order placement and handover of the product(s) to our logistic partner, you will receive a unique tracking identity number. This number allows you to track the delivery status of your purchased products.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, typically ranging from 2 to 10 working days after dispatch.
For seamless and secure shipments, we collaborate with the following logistics partners:
– DTDC
– Amazon Shipping
– Indian Post
Door-to-door delivery is contingent upon the service region covered by our logistic partners. If door-to-door delivery is not feasible in your area, you will be required to collect your shipment from the nearest delivery hub as suggested by the logistic partner. The logistics partner will coordinate with you accordingly.
Should your order experience significant delivery delays beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact our customer care department for assistance.
Please note that shipping costs and payment processing fees will be deducted from the invoiced value upon refund if you fail to answer phone calls from our team members or logistic partners during the delivery process.
Please be advised that we do not offer return pick-up services. Customers are responsible for resending returned orders to the address provided on our contact page.
